Individual Therapy

I work with individuals from a trauma informed perspective, viewing current symptoms in the context of what you’ve experienced in life. Sessions are typically 50 minutes, and treatment goals will be developed collaboratively, as you are the expert on yourself. To build a strong therapeutic rapport, I will get to know your values, your strengths, your culture, and your experiences. Through this process, we will develop the tools needed to break patterns that are no longer serving you, and reinvigorate the strength within.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is an evidence based therapy for the treatment of trauma and other mental health difficulties. It is a non-invasive approach that helps with safely processing traumatic memories and the associated negative beliefs while developing more positive, adaptive beliefs. EMDR sessions may last for 60 minutes.

Couples Therapy

Within couples sessions, the relationship is the “client” and the target of therapeutic intervention. Common issues addressed within couples work is communication, trust, intimacy, and conflict management.

Family Therapy

Much of my clinical experience has been in the treatment of families. As relational beings, we are impacted in countless ways by our families. Family therapy can benefit adolescents and their parents, adult siblings, in-laws, and adult relationships with parents.

Fees

I do not accept insurance. I can offer a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. The initial assessment is $175 and recurring sessions are $150 and can be paid by credit card, check, cash, or Health Savings Account. Sliding scale services may be available upon request.
