I am a trauma informed therapist with over 15 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roanoke College in 2008 and a Master of Education in Marriage and Family Therapy from the College of William and Mary in 2014. Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of providing mental health services within a variety of settings, including counseling at-risk teens in a group-home, school based counseling in elementary schools, in-home counseling, and outpatient therapy in rural and urban settings.
I see Virginia clients either in person or telehealth, and I see Iowa clients exclusively via telehealth.
In my free time, I enjoy going for walks with my husband and two young children, reading, cooking, and listening to Americana music.
